At Beach Groove Swimwear, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, our return and refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind and a smooth shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • In original condition with tags attached
    • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, or visible signs of wear
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/Clearance Items – Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
  • Gift Cards – Non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Yes, we do exchanges!

  • To exchange, first return the item within the 7-day window.
  • Once your return is accepted, you can request the replacement item.
  • If your preferred size/style is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 2–3 business days after inspection, but please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For approved returns, we will email you a return label and instructions.
  • Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at tsmith@beachgrooveswimwear.com. We’ll make it right with either a refund, replacement, or exchange at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at tsmith@beachgrooveswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back in its original packaging.
  4. Get notified as soon as we process your return.
